The estate is built around two complementary roles. Agostino is responsible for the vineyards, personally managing the 14 hectares and carrying out the manual pruning. Sergio, a graduate of the School of Oenology in Alba, brings the fruit into the cellar, combining traditional respect for the vineyard with a contemporary and innovative technical approach.<\/p>\n<p>Their approach is deliberately artisanal: rather than pursuing high volumes or a standardised style, they adapt the work in the cellar to the characteristics of each grape variety and vintage.
