How does an order work?<\/h3>\n

You put your wine selection together online and send it to us. We check availability and confirm your order personally by email. Nothing is charged or reserved when you send the request.<\/p>\n

Why do you work with planned imports?<\/h3>\n

Our producers are small estates and make correspondingly limited quantities. By bundling orders we can make better use of each transport, avoid unnecessary stock and bring the wines efficiently from Piemonte to Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Why are not all wines available immediately?<\/h3>\n

We work with small producers who often make only limited quantities. That is why we import many wines on the basis of actual orders, on dates announced in advance.<\/p>\n

When will I receive my wines?<\/h3>\n

Wines we have in stock can be delivered or collected at short notice. Wines that are not in stock come with the next planned import from Piemonte – as a rule around 14 days after the respective order deadline.<\/p>\n

Can I also collect the wines?<\/h3>\n

Yes. Collection is possible by prior arrangement. There are no additional delivery costs when you collect.<\/p>\n

Is there a minimum order amount?<\/h3>\n

Yes, the minimum order amount is CHF 50.<\/p>\n

Why do you only have a small selection?<\/h3>\n

We want to know our producers personally and to stand behind every wine. That is why we deliberately choose a small number of estates and the wines of theirs that truly convinced us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
