The grapes come from vines around 60 years old and are picked by hand after careful selection. The wine matures for around 20 months in French barriques, then a month in concrete and 24 months in bottle. Since the 2019 vintage it carries the Nizza Riserva DOCG classification.<\/p>\n<h3>Tasting note<\/h3>\n<p>Ruby red with violet reflections. Complex aromas with lightly roasted notes, red fruit and spice; warm and structured on the palate, with hints of preserved fruit and vanilla, a long finish and velvety tannins. A top wine with depth.
