Laudana is one of the wines from the winery&rsquo;s &ldquo;Vigne Vecchie&rdquo; (Old Vines) project. The grapes from vines over 50 years old are picked by hand after green harvesting and selection. After fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled tanks, the wine matures for around 18 months in French oak and large oak casks, followed by a month in concrete and twelve months in bottle.<\/p>\n<h3>Tasting note<\/h3>\n<p>A beautiful cherry bouquet, very good structure, everything well integrated, good oak (vanilla), long finish.
