The grapes from vines at least 50 years old are picked by hand after careful selection. The wine is aged for about 16 months in French barriques and 500-litre tonneaux, followed by a month in concrete and 18 months in bottle.<\/p>\n<h3>Tasting note<\/h3>\n<p>Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Complex aromas of preserved fruit, violet, vanilla, discreet oak, liquorice, eucalyptus and dried fruit.
