The wine matures for at least 18 months in new 300- and 500-litre barrels and then for at least another 18 months in bottle. The result is generous, full-bodied and voluptuous, with a layered structure balancing the character of Barbera with high-quality oak.<\/p>\n<h3>Tasting note<\/h3>\n<p>Intense ruby red with purple hues.
