Delivery and payment

Planned imports & deliveries

We bring our wines to Switzerland in planned joint imports, directly from the producers. You will find the current order deadline on our home page. Around 14 days later your wines are in Switzerland and ready for collection or delivery. We deliver to the address of your choice within 2–4 working days.

Wines we already hold in stock in Switzerland are usually delivered within 2–4 working days.

Order amount

The minimum order amount is CHF 50.

Costs

Free shipping from an order value of CHF 200.

Orders below CHF 200 are charged CHF 15.– for shipping.

Collection

Alternatively you can collect your order in person, by arrangement.

Collection is free of charge, by prior arrangement.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer, through an electronic payment service we offer, or on collection.

Invoices are payable within 10 days of the invoice date.

For larger orders and for new customers, delivery may be made subject to payment in advance.
