From the cellar
The grapes are pressed gently and fermented for around ten days at 17 °C in stainless steel. The wine then rests for three to four months on its fine lees in steel. In the glass it is straw yellow with bright green reflections. The producer describes it as soft and persistent.
Tasting note
Straw yellow with bright green reflections. On the nose yellow-fleshed fruit, above all acacia blossom and peach. Soft and persistent on the palate.
