From the cellar
A well-judged blend of Cortese with Sauvignon Blanc woven in gently. The wine is raised for six months in steel and French barriques, then rests another six months in bottle. It gives great pleasure drunk young with aperitifs and light starters, and ages surprisingly well.
Tasting note
Fresh citrus, orchard fruit, green apple, white peach; juicy and refreshing.
