From the cellar
A classic bubble made on the Champagne model. This Extra Brut of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay plays on freshness and surprises with a creamy fruit. The base wine is raised in stainless steel and for six months in barriques, then rests at least 36 months on the fine lees in bottle.

Fresh citrus, green apple, crisp acidity, creamy texture, dry Extra Brut finish.
