From the cellar
Se Ven is made from 100% Barbera and undergoes a long fermentation of 80–90 days in steel tanks with the skins. The wine matures for at least 18 months in new 300- and 500-litre barrels and then for at least another 18 months in bottle. The result is generous, full-bodied and voluptuous, with a layered structure balancing the character of Barbera with high-quality oak.
Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple hues. Rich aromas of red berries, mint and vanilla. Generous, voluptuous and full-bodied, with layered concentration, integrated oak and a persistent finish.
