Foglino

The Foglino family cultivates 14 hectares of vineyards around the estate, together with parcels in neighbouring Nizza Monferrato. The estate is built around two complementary roles. Agostino is responsible for the vineyards, personally managing the 14 hectares and carrying out the manual pruning. Sergio, a graduate of the School of Oenology in Alba, brings the fruit into the cellar, combining traditional respect for the vineyard with a contemporary and innovative technical approach.

Their approach is deliberately artisanal: rather than pursuing high volumes or a standardised style, they adapt the work in the cellar to the characteristics of each grape variety and vintage. For five generations, the estate has been both their workplace and their home.
